The farm operates under a closed-loop system, meaning that all animal feed is produced directly on the farm, and every stage — from raising to delivery — is carefully monitored. This process ensures full product traceability and strict quality control.
In partnership with the Ferma cu Origini team, Easy Hire provided recruitment services for key positions essential to the company’s development. A crucial role was filled by a veterinarian responsible for maintaining animal health and ensuring food safety, as well as by a Sales Manager, a dedicated professional focused on expanding the client portfolio and strengthening the brand’s presence in the local market.
