Responsibilities:

• Identifying and selecting suitable candidates for various positions;
• Organizing and conducting interviews;
• Managing communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process;
• Participating in the organization of internal and external training sessions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the recruitment field;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian.
