We Are Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – AGRONOMIST

About the client we are recruiting for:
We are a local company specialized in the distribution of plant protection and crop care products (micronutrients, seeds) for the agricultural sector of the Republic of Moldova. In addition to high-quality products, our team provides care and professional agronomic consultancy to farmers. This has led to organic sales growth and a strong, recognized brand on the local market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a designated region of the country by maintaining existing partnerships and developing new relationships with local farmers;
• Daily communication with partners and clients, providing product information and pricing offers;
• Negotiating terms and tailored solutions for each client;
• Providing agronomic consultancy regarding the use of plant protection products;
• Participating in training sessions, presentations, agricultural events, and exhibitions;
• Analyzing the market to identify new partnership opportunities.

We would love you to have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in plant protection or agricultural sales;
• Category B driving license and strong driving skills;
• Background in agronomy and plant protection;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Romanian and Russian language proficiency;
• Basic digital skills;
• Autonomy and initiative.
