We are recruiting a Call Center Operator for a Luxury Car Dealership who will manage customer calls and messages with kindness and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Managing customer phone calls.
- Prompt and professional response to customer messages.
- Presenting and promoting the company’s products or services.
- Setting up meetings and parking invitations.
- Constantly verifying and updating information in the CRM system.
- Creating a pleasant atmosphere during customer interactions.
- Identifying new clients and retaining existing ones, expanding the customer base.
- Participating in development training sessions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in sales, services, marketing, banking services, call centers, lending, or similar fields.
- Digital skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and Russian. English is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online environments and social media.
- Experience using CRM platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of the sales process for services.
- Solid knowledge of automobiles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive and diplomatic attitude in every conversation.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach.
