- Organizing and monitoring the work of subordinate employees and maintaining discipline within the company.
- Organizing motivational activities and one-on-one meetings with employees to monitor their motivation and satisfaction.
- Mediating conflict resolution and addressing workplace issues to maintain a healthy and cooperative work environment.
To apply for this role, the following is required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment and employee selection processes.
- Practical knowledge of onboarding and adaptation plans.
- Knowledge of what constitutes an Employer Brand, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and employee motivation.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge in performance management (how to develop and assess performance indicators).
- Knowledge of labor legislation, including the necessary documents and information for employee records.
- Knowledge of organizing and monitoring the work of subordinate employees.
- Psychological knowledge and/or coaching skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of employee motivation and engagement techniques.
- High level of motivation for personal development.
- A very positive person who lifts employee enthusiasm.
- Proactivity – someone who is always in action, eager to communicate with people and assist.
