Human Resources Manager

Your role will consist of:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and productivity.

  • Planning staffing needs, ensuring recruitment and selection are appropriate for the company.
  • Effectively onboarding and training new employees.
  • Developing and implementing employee performance evaluation processes.
  • Monitoring and proposing solutions to improve the performance of each employee.
  • Identifying employee development needs and creating individual development plans.
  • Managing the budget for human resources processes and activities.
  • Managing and updating employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Organizing and monitoring the work of subordinate employees and maintaining discipline within the company.
  • Organizing motivational activities and one-on-one meetings with employees to monitor their motivation and satisfaction.
  • Mediating conflict resolution and addressing workplace issues to maintain a healthy and cooperative work environment.

To apply for this role, the following is required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Practical knowledge of recruitment and employee selection processes.
  • Practical knowledge of onboarding and adaptation plans.
  • Knowledge of what constitutes an Employer Brand, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and employee motivation.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge in performance management (how to develop and assess performance indicators).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, including the necessary documents and information for employee records.
  • Knowledge of organizing and monitoring the work of subordinate employees.
  • Psychological knowledge and/or coaching skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of employee motivation and engagement techniques.
  • High level of motivation for personal development.
  • A very positive person who lifts employee enthusiasm.
  • Proactivity – someone who is always in action, eager to communicate with people and assist.
