We are looking for Regional Sales Managers to identify new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing ones, thereby contributing to the growth of our active customer base and sales.

Whether you have experience in sales or are just starting out, we have a special program to train a group of Entry-Level Sales Managers. We will train you to become a Professional Regional Manager in Agricultural Equipment.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks You Will Learn:
- Identifying and attracting new clients to expand our customer base
- Conducting field visits to contact potential clients
- Introducing company products to new clients in your area
- Assessing clients’ needs and providing personalized solutions
- Improving relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
- Informing clients about new offers and presenting products
- Maintaining relationships post-sale
- Actively participating in training to improve technical knowledge and sales skills
- Attending exhibitions, events, and seminars to attract new clients and promote products
- Collaborating with senior sales representatives to gain additional experience and successfully complete first sales
Required Qualifications:
- University or high school education (preferably in Agriculture or Transport)
- Fluency in Romanian and Russian
- Digital skills (Internet, Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive)
- Sociable and not afraid to communicate
- Willingness to learn and become familiar with the product
- High motivation for personal development
- Desire to develop further in Agricultural Technology and Sales
- Knowledge of Agricultural Equipment is a plus, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of the sales process and strategies is desirable
- Negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
